Introduction & Help
This page collects information about daily treatments. This data is to be updated DAILY at end of day.
- It is your responsibility to have this as an agenda item at end of day; do not leave your practice until this is completed.
- You must input data for each week day.
- Proceed through the questions; If your data is more than “5”, “other” is to be selected and utilized by placing a number such as 6, 7, 8….
- Make sure to enter your location code accurately. Some cities may have more than one code; refer to your practice SmartSheet for details.
- Weekly Visits: include OTVs and Follow Ups.
- You may receive a reminder email regarding missing data; This email indicates action required on your part to log in and record the data.

Q: What happens if I submit the wrong data or need to update a day?
Simply re-submit the data. Only the newest submitted data will be counted.

Q: Do I still need to submit if I do not see patients on a weekday?
Yes. Still go in and select the reason for no EOD numbers; for example, "Clinic Closed." This can be done ahead of time.

Q: Do holidays require input?
Only if you treat on a holiday. Otherwise, no input is necessary.
